Every piece is handcrafted in our factory. Dispatch times depend on the item:
- In-stock items: dispatched within 3–5 days
- Made-to-order items: 25–35 days
- Custom-made items: 35–50 days

Please note: sea freight transit times are counted from the date of vessel departure. In general, expect a 3–10 day waiting period between dispatch from our factory and vessel departure; actual timing may vary.
Rail freight is available for select European destinations only — please contact us to confirm availability for your country.
Shipping Costs
All listed prices include FREE shipping, dispatched by air as the default method.
For large or multi-item orders, sea freight offers significantly lower cost — please contact our customer service for a sea freight quote.
Duties & Taxes
- Sea freight to most countries: DDP — all duties and taxes are included in the price.
- Air freight: DDU — shipped via express couriers (DHL, UPS or FedEx; carrier cannot be specified). Duties and taxes are not included and may be collected upon delivery.
- Air freight with duties included: available on request — please contact us for a quote.
Packaging
All items are packed to professional export standards: inner protective padding, reinforced carton and plywood frame, safeguarding your lighting throughout transit.
Damage Protection
We stand behind the safe arrival of every piece:
- Please photograph all outer packaging at the moment of delivery, before opening.
- If damage results from damaged outer packaging, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- If the outer packaging is intact but the item inside is damaged, we will provide and ship replacement parts free of charge.

How long until my order ships?

Will I have to pay customs duties?
Sea freight is DDP for most countries (duties included); air freight is DDU (duties may be collected on delivery). Air freight with duties included is available on request.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the packaging on delivery. We assist with carrier claims for outer-package damage, and ship replacement parts free of charge for inner damage.
